1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Visa Giants website and any travel visa, residency, golden visa, or advisory services we provide (together, the "Services"). By submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or engaging us for a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are engaging us on behalf of a company, family member, or dependent, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Nature of Our Services

Visa Giants provides advisory, document-preparation, and application-submission support for travel visas, residency permits, and citizenship-by-investment programs. We are an independent consultancy — we are not a government body, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority, and we do not represent any government.

• Processing timelines quoted on our website or by our team are estimates based on current experience, not guarantees
• Eligibility calculators and scoring tools provide an informed estimate only and do not constitute legal or immigration advice

3. Eligibility & Accuracy of Information

You must be at least 18 years old to engage our Services directly (minors may be included as dependents within a parent or guardian's application). You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and documents throughout your case.

We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional costs that result from information or documents you provided being inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld.

4. Fees & Payment

Our service fees, government fees, and any third-party costs (e.g. courier, translation, notarization) will be itemized and quoted to you before you commit to a case. Where instalment plans are offered, payment schedules will be confirmed in writing.

• Government, embassy, and consulate fees are set by the relevant authority and are non-refundable once submitted, in line with that authority's own policy
• Our service fee refund terms are outlined in your engagement confirmation and vary depending on how far your case has progressed
• We reserve the right to pause work on a case where payment is outstanding

5. Your Responsibilities

To move your case forward smoothly, you agree to:

• Respond to document and information requests within the timeframes we advise
• Attend scheduled embassy or consulate appointments on time
• Disclose any prior visa refusals, immigration violations, or relevant legal matters upfront
• Keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you about your case

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

Visa, residency, and citizenship decisions are made entirely at the discretion of the relevant government authority based on their own criteria, which can change without notice. We commit to preparing and presenting your case to the best professional standard, but we cannot and do not guarantee approval, a specific processing time, or a specific outcome.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visa Giants shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost travel bookings, lost income, or lost opportunity — arising from a visa refusal, processing delay, or change in government policy beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the service fee you paid us for that specific case.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, tools, calculators, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Visa Giants and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content or tools for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Third-Party Links & Partners

Our website and services may reference or link to third parties, such as investment fund managers, property developers, or government portals, for certain residency and golden visa routes. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or partner, and your dealings with them are solely between you and that party.

10. Termination

Either party may end the engagement at any time by written notice. Fees for work already completed and any non-refundable government or embassy fees already paid remain payable. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a case where we reasonably believe it involves fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
